Casey “CJ” Noble

As an experienced investor in both long and short term rentals since 2019 and CPA since 2015, CJ has the perfect make up to land that next successful deal as it relates to either buying/investing or selling.  His passion in real estate led to launching his career as a Realtor in 2022 with Nomad Realty, where he presents extreme value to his clients through his dedication, background, and resources throughout the northeast Florida community.  He and his wife made the big move down from NC in 2018 and he has been building his real estate network ever since.  With CJ, you have full confidence he will provide a very competent and comprehensive service where he’ll be with you every step of the way, whether you’re building your investment portfolio, purchasing or selling your primary home, and everything in between!

When CJ is not on the job, he enjoys spending time with his family (including newborn Natalie!), boating around the coast, golfing, and many other great outdoor activities this beautiful area offers!
